"Dress did not arrive in enough time for me to get alterations since it did not fit. They will not refund anything. They only want to give me a $35 refund and then they tell me to sell the dress to get my money back. It is in perfect shape, was only tried on once and never worn. The return was initiated within hours of receiving it on a Sunday night. \r\nThey refuse to refund the money and take the dress back. I would stick to an American company and make sure a refund is possible. Amazon would even be a better option."

After creating a ticket, picture proof, told to take to a tailor and charges would be adjusted, they continue to say they sent the right size. Over 4\" taken in and padding added.
