Gali parašyti taip: AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If you’re lucky enough to receive the correct dress in the correct size, then everything is fine. But if you receive the wrong dress or the wrong size, that’s when the nightmare begins. I ordered a dress for a special occasion and received a completely different size than ordered. The measurements were nowhere near what was advertised. On top of that, the quality was disappointing and did not match the photos. What followed was over a month of endless emails, arguments, and negotiations just to get them to accept the return of an item that was clearly their mistake. Despite sending photos, measurements, and evidence that the dress was not as described, they repeatedly tried to avoid taking responsibility. In the end, I was forced to pay the import duties they had charged, plus an additional £30 to return a dress that should never have been sent in the first place. The whole process took over a month of fighting, chasing responses, and wasting time and money. Customer service was extremely frustrating. Instead of resolving an obvious issue quickly, they made the process as difficult as possible and constantly tried to offer partial refunds rather than simply accepting responsibility for their mistake. Buying from this company feels like a gamble. If everything goes perfectly, you may be happy. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for weeks of stress, endless emails, additional costs, and a battle just to get a fair resolution. One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Definitely not. More like ⭐☆☆☆☆.

Ordered a customer made dress, paid £210 and it came miles to big, they told me to send another £90 and they would remake the dress. Second dress came even bigger than the first! Then they tried to ask for more money to rectify it and make a third dress! I refused and went and took the dress to be altered myself and paid £50. So ended up paying altogether £350 for a £210 dress made to measure that I had to take somewhere else to be taken in!! They also say on thier website they accept returns yet refused mine even though it was their fault they made it to big twice!! They are sending out generic sized dresses and labelling them custom made and charging you extra for them to be altered to your size! Honestly wouldn't waste your money it's not worth the headache!!! You don't get what you paid for and you get one reply every few days from the customer services! It's a joke! They don't even deserve the 1 star but no option for negative stars!!

I ordered three dresses from this company on 3rd April. After the order was made I was emailed to say one was out of stock and a refund supplied. The dresses arrived on 18th April so fairly prompt. The dresses were extremely poor quality and not worth the costs (£200 for 2 dresses). One borderline see through and the other with very poor seam quality. The return process has been a nightmare with back and forth negotiations starting at refunding me £50 to keep the dresses. I opened communication around the returns on 27th April and they are still ongoing now (4th June) even though I have agreed to pay the postage (and Chinese customs at this stage). I would honestly advise anyone against buying from this company.

Do not buy from Stacees. The zipper on my wedding dress broke the second time I tried it on. They wouldn't give me a refund or fix it because I contacted them in 16 days instead of 14 days. They do not stand behind their dresses. Horrible experience

Not worth your money. Impossible to return something, even though their policy says you can within 14 days and good condition. I ordered 2 dresses to try on, and after weeks of back and forth with them to try and get a return label and them doing everything they can to convince me not to return them, I finally got a return label. It got returned. All that for nothing. Don’t recommend.

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Stacees to think twice. The quality of the prom dress I received was shockingly poor and nowhere near what was advertised. First, the colour was completely different from the swatch they sent out beforehand, making the entire point of ordering a sample pointless. The craftsmanship was equally disappointing — there was loose stitching throughout the dress, giving it a cheap, unfinished appearance. To make matters worse, the hem had thick interfacing sewn into it, causing the fabric to stick out awkwardly and move unnaturally instead of flowing properly. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Rather than taking responsibility for sending a poor-quality dress, they tried to negotiate the refund amount and only offered 40% of the total cost. They even suggested I try to sell the dress on myself — despite the fact that the dress is clearly defective and not something I could honestly resell to anyone. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor quality products combined with terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered several dresses for my daughter's graduation. They sent the dresses in 3 different packages. I went to return them and they start at the date the first dress arrived. Also, they gave me the run around for three days so I was over the 14 day return policy and now they refuse to return the dresses. I have been e-mailing them for weeks. Very awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES. Would give a negetive review if I could.

Very poor, I emailed beforehand to make sure I can return the dress if the size was too big, despite being told yes I could, I was then told I couldn't return or it would cost me over £50 to send it back. Absolutely disgusting, they should not get away with doing this to people. They then tried to over me very little money to keep the dress them sell it myself on another website. Shocking.

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Worst customer service. They give you the run around when trying to return. Dress was too small and immediately initiated return when arrived. Kept tags on. They insist on proof by having you provide photos which I had no problem doing. Despite doing what asked, they STILL give you excuses, tell you shipping it back is not preferred and tell you to just keep it and sell on own. They offer you a mere $20 refund for a $126 dress including shipping. Ridiculous!!! I'm tired of the back and forth emails. Very unprofessional company. LIARS AND THEIVES!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM STACEE'S! My granddaughter's dress was too big. I asked for return information and they just keep giving me the runaround and offering me $25 and I can keep the dress, which was a total of $187. 00 including shipping. If you already ordered,and want to return the dress, don't waste your time, just go to your credit card company and start a billing dispute. Otherwise you are just wasting your time trying to get a refund or return information. I would go into more detail but Ive already wasted too much of my time. They are a horrible company. Do not order from them!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s return process. Their website states that returns are available, but in practice, I was not able to complete a return. When I tried to return my item, I was not offered a standard return or refund. Instead, I was offered a lower amount than what I originally paid, and my request to return the product was not accepted as expected. Customer service did not resolve the issue, and I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation for why the return could not be processed as advertised. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful and make sure they fully understand the return process before purchasing.

Don't buy from here! We ordered a £155 dress. They checked the bust and hip size. They shipped a dress which is far too big for the measurements we'd supplied. No problem, let's return! Except you can't return. And they say because we're in the UK, they'll give us £30 to keep the dress, or £40. We don't want the dress. Quality is far below what it appears online. Customer online purchases are protected against such "policies" and you're always entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. I am reporting this company - but be warned! Don't give them the money. You can't trust them to honour your consumer rights.

The dress also had a very noticeable pen mark right on the front! The return policy on their website specifies that I have 14 days to return the item, so I contacted them right away. Instead of granting me a return, they asked me to try rubbing the pen off with water, and if that didn't work, they asked if I could bring it to a dry cleaner. They said it may be leftover pen from the tailor. However, my dress supposedly went through a "quality inspection" before it was shipped. Asking me to clean a mess they made is unacceptable. I am still trying to get this return approved, and to have the shipping waived since this was all an error on their part. Sending me a dress with a pen stain on it and then asking me to bring it to a dry cleaner to clean it is completely unacceptable. I would like to return this dress, and I would like to have my original shipping fee refunded, and they should pay the return shipping fee. They are only offering me a partial return of the dress price. I can't use it nor sell it as it's damaged. POOR customer service, avoid at all costs!

The worst experience I have ever experienced! I have ordered 6 dresses over the past few months. I now have 6 dresses and paid over $800 and cannot wear any of them. I’m in a wedding in less than 2 weeks and have no dress! I have been blamed in almost every email and there is no assistance.

Total scam of a company!! DO NOT USE. They refuse to refund even on non made to order dresses. Instead they recommend you resell the dresses yourself on second hand websites - there are hundreds of Stacee dresses on eBay etc because desperate customers try to get their money back. Or they tell you it will cost you £70 to post back to China. Or they offer you different small amounts to keep the dresses. I spent £350 and have been offered £100 back. This is not legal or allowed. I have spent over 2 weeks emailing customer services and chasing this. The dresses I received looked awful - like something from a cheap fancy dress shop. Nothing I can do with them and I wouldn’t even give them to a charity shop.

THIS IS A DODGY CHINESE COMPANY THAT DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN A DRESS THEY SAY IT WAS MADE TO ORDER OR SUGGEST YOU TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY RESELLING IT YOURSELF ON A SECOND HAND WEBSITE. OR THEY SAY ITS £70 PER DRESS TO RETURN OR THEY OFFER YOU A £40 REFUND FOR A £350 SALE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THE DRESS QUALITY IS ALSO POOR AND THEY LOOK SUPER CHEAP.

This order was placed based on the seller’s representation that it would ship within 48 hours. The item has not shipped within that timeframe and remains in production several days later. The delivery date was also changed after purchase. Because of this delay, the item will not arrive in time for my event and is no longer usable to me. The seller is refusing a full refund and attempting to charge a cancellation fee on a standard (non-custom) item, despite failing to meet their advertised shipping terms.

They want allow me to return the dresses for a full refund baring in mind my dresses were a standard size!! £337 is alot of money i will keep arguing i will go to a solicitor these are scams!!
