“My daughter bought a dress for homecoming when she tried it on it looked like a box, did not fit at all, I opened a ticket for a return per their policy, I sent pics of dress with tags on it per their request and was told they will offer me a $25 credit to keep the dress, I asked several times for a return address and that I would pay for shipping for a 100% refund and I was then told to try to sell the dress myself on an aftermarket site. Asked again for address to return and was ignored. Do not buy anything from this site!!!!!! Beware”

“They sent me a dress that looked nothing like the online picture. Dress was made wrong and didn’t fit. There online policy says they issue full returns but I have been fighting with customer service the last 4 days asking for a return label or address to get my refund. Their website is false advertising and they scam you out your money. Still waiting on my refund!!!”

“O STARS! My daughter ordered a dress, it was too big. We submitted a ticket for a refund before the 14th day. Haven't heard back from them. It's been 3 weeks! This company STOLE over $100.00 from me! DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. They do not stand by their return policy even when the dress is defective. They DO NOT accept returns, and will only offer you a partial credit and YOU must pay the return fees.”

“The custom-made dress we ordered cost us $80.00 to have altered. The only part of the dress we did not have altered was the top and it fell a part in the middle of the Homecoming dance leaving my teenage daughter exposed in the middle of the gym. Now they are refusing to give us our money back.”

“DO NOT USE. Awful cheap dress that looks like children have made it. They say they offer returns but they do not. They will offer you £15 and tell you to sell it on yourself lol. They barely speak English or have robots doing their email. I have out their emails below so you can see. Do not use them!! Thanks for your reply and sorry for long time waiting. We can understand you well, we usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. The dress will be returned to our processing centre for inspection and cleaning and it may take up to 1 month for us to process your refund. Considering the extra time and expense to return, I have applied our manager to reimburse you £15 and you can resell the dress locally, what do you think? Of course, this is just our suggestion. If you insist on returning, please let us know. Not a real company and just a big scam , dont use”

“ZERO STARS! DO NOT BUY! I sure wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing dresses from this scam company. They are nothing but blatant liars!! RUN RUN RUN far away from this company and do not get scammed like the rest of us. My story is the same as everyone else's so I won't bother blabbing on but they will not accept returns even in accordance with their so-called return "policy". Which is NO policy. PS they are in CHINA. Not UK.”

“They do not honor their return policy clearly stated on their website. Gave me a run around for over a week - offering $65 for a dress that altogether cost $169. Absolutely miserable customer service; even stated i would buy another dress once i could return this unwearable one. Nope, nothing.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!!! The dress arrive deformed, but the company refused to approve a return. They offered less than 30% in a “credit” and claimed the extra costs associated with shipping and scrapping the material would exceed the return amount. The return policy online clearly states they offer a full refund (including shipping), but that’s not true.”

“Would not recommend. DO NOT waste your money on this site. They do not stick by their returns policy. I recently purchased 4 dresses (over £400) - two which were unsuitable and damaged. They refused to refund me (even though I had written conformation that if they dresses where unsatisfactory I could return and get a refund or at least an exchange). I was left with numerous emails back and forth repeating everything over and over. They will suggest a pathetic £20 compensation stating 'stating they don't want to waste my time or energy' - I've clearly wasted my money too. Absolutely ridiculous!! DO NOT BUY.”

“If 0 stars were an option I would select that one. I ordered a dress for my daughter. It arrived late and I contacted them the day I got it to start a return and was basically told too bad. I would not buy anything from this company.”

“Looking to buy a homecoming dress? Don’t buy from Stacee’s! I ordered a dress in a size 4 because that size seemed closest to my daughter’s measurements. In response my order, Stacee’s emailed me, asking for her specific measurements. I provided them, saying I realized they didn’t quite match up with the size 4 measurements but it was the size that most closely matched her measurements. They replied, saying they’d make the dress according to the measurements. I asked, “Does that mean we won’t be able to return it, if needed?” and they replied with, “Custom and standard size, no matter which you choose, when you receive the dresses, if you have any problems with your dress, you can contact us for return and refund.” Based on that information, I told them to go ahead and make the dress according the measurements. When the dress arrived, it did not fit; the bust was way too large. Therefore, I requested a return, letting them know I knew it was a custom dress but was told I’d be able to return it whether it was custom or standard - and provided a screenshot of that email. Despite this fact, today I received an email that said I can’t return a custom dress. 😡 Needless to say, I will never order from Stacee’s again, and I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear of a company that lies to its potential customers in order to get their business.”

“Attempted to return a dress that was supposed to be satin and it wasn’t. Looked nothing like the picture on the model. Didn’t realize this company was not in the United States. Would not allow me to return the dress for a full refund. Recommended me keeping the dress and accepting a 30.00 credit. I ended up donating the dress to a good cause. I highly don’t recommend this website.”
