This place is a total scam! They say on their website you will get your dress in 48 hours two weeks later I got the dresses. I did not think the quality was all that great. Went to send back one of the dresses and they gave me the runaround for a week and a half. These dresses per their website were fully refundable. They told me I was better off just taking a $20 credit and trying to resell the dress myself because they were gonna charge me restocking fees and that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. This is not what the website says their customer service is awful. I will never ever buy another dress from here again what a scam!

Terrible customer service. Tried to initiate return the day I received the dress and they made it impossible, offering me $15 to keep the dress. The fabric is thin and poor quality for the price point. The dress "standard size" left a huge gap at the zipper. Customer service is terrible. 0/10 do not recommend at all unless you like to give away your money.

I wish I could give this site zero stars. The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photos and was extremely cheap quality—thin fabric, poor stitching, and definitely not worth the price. When I tried to return it, I quickly realized their “return policy” is basically a scam. They do not honor it and completely ignore customer concerns. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response and have been left with a useless dress I can’t wear. This company does not respect their customers or stand behind their products. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

WORST COMPANY EVER I wish I would have read these reviews before my daughter ordered a dress. The dress was terrible and then customer service was so useless and would not give me a return label for a refund. So now I am $150 in the hole.

The customer service is completely unacceptable. It takes an extremely long time to get a response. When the dress arrived, it did not match the pictures, so I asked to return it. They refused to give me return instructions, said I would have to pay more than £149 and cover the return shipping myself, and only offered me £40. This company is awful. I plan to leave a review on every review platform I can find.

I placed an order with this business for a dress that was clearly listed as chiffon. However, when the item arrived, it was a completely different product than advertised — both in design and material. Instead of chiffon, the dress was made from cheap synthetic polyester. When I contacted the business to report the issue and requested a refund, they admitted that the item was not as described. Despite acknowledging their mistake, they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they told me to resell the dress on a secondary market (like eBay) to recover my loss. This is deceptive and unfair business practice. The company knowingly sent me an incorrect product, admitted to it, but refused to resolve the situation. Their actions amount to a scam, and I want to warn others so they do not experience the same.

This website has a 14 day return policy but when you go to ask for a refund, they won't give you. Instead they'll offer $20-45 on a dress you've spent 150 on. I don't recommend buying from here. They're horrible.

Title: Return Policy Misrepresented – Hoping for Resolution I would appreciate if Stacees would review my case and honor the Worry-Free Return policy as it was advertised at checkout. I am open to working with customer service for a fair resolution, but I believe the current approach does not match what was promised at the time of purchase. I purchased a standard size dress from Stacees on 08/31/2025 based on their advertised return policy, which clearly states: Worry-Free Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, with tags intact and attached. I complied with all of these conditions. The dress was unworn, unaltered, and still had the tags attached when I requested a return within the 14-day window. However, my return request was not accepted under the advertised terms. Instead, I was told that all dresses are “made to order” and subject to material fee deductions, which was not disclosed at the point of purchase. I was also offered a partial refund rather than the full refund promised for standard size items. The fit of the garment also did not align with the published size chart — it was too small to zip yet too wide through the hips. This suggests a production issue or sizing inconsistency.

Spent $133. On a dress. Followed their sizing. The dress is a total disaster and not salvageable.. Have tried to get a ticket without results. Now I am past their policy time for returns. I think this is their way of keeping our money. Scammers, scammers.

I can't emphasise enough how awful dealing with this company is. They are crooks and liars. Absolutely unbelievable levels of stress in months of continuous dialogue with them as they fob you off, dismiss you and keep trying to get you to make videos, send photos, request more money for postage, etc etc all so they can say - too bad. The colours of their dresses are lovely, which is why I kept going back to try and get a nice dress for my daughters' wedding - four dresses purchased in 3 months and none of them made to the sizing, or to measurements I submitted and they will not issue a refund at all. I have sent photos of measuring tape against garments, made videos of my trying to get things on that should have fitted etc (all at their request). They won't accept that because their garment was made several inches smaller than the measurement I submitted, THAT is the reason it doesn't fit. I am currently over 400 pounds out of pocket, the final part of the last outfit arriving ONE HOUR before the wedding started. Big shock - 5 inches smaller than my measurements around the arms and way too tight to wear. That is their idea of custom sizing. They become passive/aggressive and insulting. And if you look around online, you will see that they have SO many negative reviews. 39% of their reviews on Trustpilot are 1 star; I wished I'd checked before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They are awful. Don't expect to be able to return or get money back. DO NOT ORDER. They will send random emails offering to give you $25 for the dress to keep from the $180+ you pay. Also they won't pay shipping. And they only will give you 70% of the dresses.
