I ordered two gowns from this vendor with the intention of keeping one, which is common practice when deciding on fit and style. Both dresses arrived, and while the gown itself was beautiful and fit well, my experience with the company was extremely disappointing. Their policy states a 14‑day return window. I attempted to contact the vendor multiple times within that window to initiate a return, but was unable to get a response. I finally reached them four days after the return window ended, at which point they refused to honor the return, despite my documented attempts to contact them earlier. What I found most troubling was that instead of addressing the issue fairly, I was offered $10 to leave a positive review. This felt inappropriate and undermined my trust in the company. Interestingly, they will give you $5 off the purchase of a new dress, but are paying more than that for positive reviews. The product itself was good, but customer service and ethical business practices matter. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this vendor again.

I purchased a dress to wear on my daughters wedding but when it arrived and I tried it on it was I’ll fitting on me and looked too young on me and not appropriate. So no big deal I’ll just return it within the return date. Here’s where it all went south. I had to send pictures showing that the dress was intact with tags still on. I did that. Then Stacey’s informed me that I’d only get 75% back even though I was returning well in my return date. And I had to pay for the shipping and handling so you get NO return label. And they kept offering me less than half what i paid d if I just kept the dress. But the dress isn’t right for me. Stacey’s actually asked me if there was someone I could sell it too…. WHAT!? Just be warned before you purchase, because you really can’t return it without totally losing out on it. I can’t wear it. I will never order from them again

The dress I bought was beautiful and well made. However, there is no such thing as easy and free returns. To return a standard size dress was, as I was quoted. $40. They told me to keep the dress and resell it and they would make me another one for $80. They also said that if I returned the dress it could take up to a month to get my money returned. I love the dress but the return policy stinks and I call it false advertising.

The dress is lovely but does not fit. I asked about a refund but they made me 'raise a ticket', then wanted photos, and now say it is too risky to return but will give me £20! That is 14% of what I paid. Very disappointed.

After ordering my daughter's dream prom dress and given an estimated delivery of 29th April,they emailed on 24th to inform of 15-20 day delay but would be shipped by 5th may,that date passed and only when I threatened to cancel did it suddenly go from being made to being in quality control! The dress finally arrived on 17th may and although the dress is a similar colour it certainly isn't what I ordered,the dress on the website is nothing like what I received and after all the stress we dont have the patience or the time to look for another dress. Was told I could contact the after sales team for a part refund but there doesn't seem to be an after sales team! They may have a co.uk site but the dresses are made and shipped from China,they don't respond to emails so their chat is the only way to contact them which I have to admit they were helpful. Certainly will not be buying from them again.
