Shocking customer services! worse dress I’ve ever seen ! Zip broken and they just don’t bother replying to my ticket or email. I understand that you pay for what you get but my god is the dress just awful! Absolutely disgraceful not even try to resolve the broken zip issue let alone the excuse of a dress. You’ve not heard the last STACEES !
