I ordered a standard size dress but they emailed insisting that it was made to measure, what a disappointment! It was not made to the measurements I sent and had 2 holes in it!! The company need to do something about their customer services, despite several emails and requests they refuse to send me a returns form, instead they offer nominal amounts to compensate, £20 is a joke considering I spent £164. It seems impossible to get a refund! I will never use this company and I will do my best to make sure I tell everyone NOT to use this company!
