If I could give a lower score I would. Bunch of crooks who refuse to refund on faulty goods and make ridiculous offers such as £10 good will payment in compensation on dress over £100.00! with the further suggestion that I sell the faulty dress second hand to retrieve my hard earned money. What a bunch of jokers and not abiding by UK law. Shocking customer service and will be taking further action to get refund.
