RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DREADFULL!!!!
I purchased two prom dresses in standard size 6 for my daughter to try. At the time i was ordering i got reassured from Cassie the live chat agent that returns and refunds wouldn't be a problem! 3 weeks later no return labels and no refund, just offering to keep the dresses and offer £50 compensation! This is absolutley disgraceful and I would not recommmend this business to anyone! I have reported them to trading standards! shocking customer service!!! UK COMPANY NO WAY MORE LIKE HONG KONG!!!!
