This company does not deserve even a one star review, they are scammers. Despite their returns policy stating they will give a full refund for faulty goods, I have been fighting since August 2023 to get a refund for a dress that was stained and had sequins hanging by their thread. I paid £120 for the dress and they are currently offering me a refund of £85 if I remove my negative reviews. They won't give me the contact of the CEO in order that my complaint can be escalated. Please do not purchase from this Company.
