Please do not purchase from this company! I bought a bridesmaid dress and I am having trouble sending it back. Firstly they keep telling me they can only refund part my money due some irrelevant ball excuse they made about delivery and “saving me time and money” offered to pay me back £15 and keep the dress and flog it elsewhere. I paid £99 for this dress. After just reading reviews i wish i never bothered. I have threatened them with trading standards and also contacted my bank for them to refund the money in case they refuse too. Absolute joke !
