Do not buy! If your dress does not fit they will refuse return/refund. My dress didn't fit as the measurements online were different to what i received. They now will not accept a return/refund to resolve this but instead are trying to force me to buy another dress! They asked for pictures of me in the dress (disgusting for a professional buisness if you ask me) and then refused to send a return slip for my item. I have now lost £140 to this company and because of all this I now don't have a dress for my own brothers wedding. Their service team are a joke please save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere trustworthy!
