I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!! I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.
