Buyer beware! This is a front for some shady business practices.
I asked about returns before I bought 2 sizes of the same dress. I have been trying to get them to authorize a return for 3 weeks. They urged me not to worry that it wouldn't be a problem and then John tried to get me to buy another dress for $50. What is going on here.
