Do not use this company!!! I read the returns policy before ordering and as long as you ordered a standard size and did not provide custom sizes, it stated returns are easy so I ordered a standard 10 and a 12. They will not refund the one I don't need and they will not accept a return. THey just keep giving me off with the offer of a new dress instead so that I can sell the one I have?? The latest is an offer of £30 when I paid £143. A complete scam of a company and of you look on other review sites(which I wish I did) it looks like a very recent change on their website about returns because so many others have fallen foul of this company within the last free weeks. They need closing down. There will no doubt be a reply on here from "john" to say they are sorry and they will keep looking into it. It's taken 4 weeks of emailing already so I doubt it. Horrendous experience.
