This company and their customer service is truly disgusting. How they are still able to trade is beyond me. My sister bought our bridesmaid dresses on here. They look nothing like the photo and we have been fighting for some sort of response for weeks now. All they keep saying is they can’t accept the return which baffles me when it was a standard order. It’s clear from reading other reviews they clear email back off a script with no thought or feeling of how the customer will be.
Hopefully people who read these messages will avoid at all costs.
