These are online scummers and they do not seem to care however many bad reviews they recieve!!
I bought a wedding dress last year 2023. It's almost a year, I never recieved the dress and up until now I have not recieved my money back £265 despite all the going back and forth battling with them. You deserve better, DO NOT RISK!! That's the Order Number: DB5WDX56-1.
