Awful costumer service. Please don’t buy anything as their refund process is FAR FROM what they stated on the website.they are not processing my request after a week and not processing my return at all. I contacted live chat and feels like” computer says no “. I lost £148 as the dress wasn’t fitting properly!
I do urge you to think twice before purchasing any dress from them. Shocking service
