I have five bridesmaids and for sizing purposes I ordered two dresses to allow the girls who live closer to me to try them on so we could figure out whether that particular dress was too big, small or true to size.
The process of buying and recieving my items were very quick. However, once the dresses arrived, the colour was not the same of how it presented online and the dress just looked awful.
One dress had a mark on the shoulder and the other had stitching coming apart and fabric pulling away. Definitely not 'tailor made' and little to no effort was put into making the dresses.
I straight away issued a ticket for a refund for both dresses. Their response was that they can send me ONE free dress and I can sell the other two on a second hand market. I declined this offer and asked for a full refund. They took over a week to respond.
Their next offer was that due to the long process of returning the item, I can keep the dresses and they would refund me £40.
£40!?!?? I paid £197 for two dresses.
The customer service is poor and after reading reviews I can see I'm not the only person receiving issues of trying to get their money back. They don't comply with their OWN refund policy and clearly don't value their 'tailor made dresses' when they're suggesting to just sell them on a second hand market. It's embarrassing.
Do not buy from here!!
