ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely awful customer service!!! Won’t allow you to return dresses that don’t fit snd offer £10 compensation to keep a dress you cant wear: what a joke. I would AVOID this company at all
Costs. Don’t waste your hard earned money on an expensive dress that comes wrinkled and handled with no care whatsoever!!! They fail To contact you when you checked before the dresses arrived that you could return if they didn’t fit and how they won’t give me the return information! If anyone had the return information please pass it in to me!!
