I requested a return/refund within the posted timeframe and rather than receive instructions (including mailing address) all I’ve gotten is the runaround for 11 days. It’s one excuse after another, shipping is expensive & unreliable, if we don’t receive the dress we can’t refund, we will just destroy the dress so keep it and resell it, we will make you another dress, on and on. Do not order from them. This is the latest communication from them (again no instructions & may give $60 back….I paid $93 for the dress excluding shipping).

We apologize for any confusion happened during previous communication. To be specificly:
1.We are willing to offer you a free dress. You can choose the size, colour, and styles of a dress you like on Stacees. We will provide you customized dress with no shipping fee. You can keep the dress with you.
2.If you do not want another dress. We can offer you compensation for about $60. You can still keep the dress with you.
3.If you insist on a refund, because the dress wasn't damaged or wrongly shipped. Therefore you have to undertake the shipping fees for sending the dress back. Which may cost your more than $30 for a dress.
