Paid $174 for a prom dress that wasn't the same design or fit when it was delivered. I followed all their return policy requests to include pictures and they offered $70 for us to keep the dress and finally offered 70% of the full amount to ship it back. Taken over a month just to get some response. Already escalated the issue with PayPal.
