Terrible! Do not buy from this website. I bought some bridesmaid dresses, the colour does not match the photo so I want to return and they are making it so difficult. I paid £164 and they are trying to negotiate with me how much they return, been offered £15, £30 and £40 so far. This is surely not legal? They are saying it will cost me £60 to return the dress. I was considering getting a different colour but definitely not now. Completely scam. Avoid! Especially if you’re saving for a wedding.
