Awful Awful Awful customer service! Do not buy from this brand. I bought bridesmaid dresses for my 15 and 13 year old step daughters and the dresses did not fit. We asked politely on several occasions for a refund and they would not accept. Their offer was to spend another £40 to buy two more dresses and to get rid of the current ones! Very wasteful and not what we wanted. I could not trust them to take their offer. If they had offered an exchange, I would have happily paid for the shipment to exchange fit a larger size. A brand that does not agree to a refund due to the incorrect fit, is not a brand that cares about their customers.
