DO NOT USE. Awful cheap dress that looks like children have made it. They say they offer returns but they do not. They will offer you £15 and tell you to sell it on yourself lol. We can understand you well, we usually collect a part of shipping fee when the customer ordering. That's say, the actual shipping fee is higher than the fee you paid. The dress will be returned to our processing centre for inspection and cleaning and it may take up to 1 month for us to process your refund. Considering the extra time and expense to return, I have applied our manager to reimburse you £15 and you can resell the dress locally, what do you think? Of course, this is just our suggestion. If you insist on returning, please let us know. Not a real company and just a big scam , dont use
