My daughter bought a dress for homecoming when she tried it on it looked like a box, did not fit at all, I opened a ticket for a return per their policy, I sent pics of dress with tags on it per their request and was told they will offer me a $25 credit to keep the dress, I asked several times for a return address and that I would pay for shipping for a 100% refund and I was then told to try to sell the dress myself on an aftermarket site. Asked again for address to return and was ignored. Do not buy anything from this site!!!!!! Beware
