I ordered my wedding dress from Stacees via Clearpay, and what I received was nothing like the description or photos. The material is cheap and see-through, the fit is completely wrong due to the seller misunderstanding my order details, and the dress is unwearable. Stacees refused a refund and offered only a 15% discount coupon, claiming they could no longer help because I opened a dispute with Clearpay. Clearpay closed my dispute without resolving the issue, leaving me to pay for a faulty item in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have now had to buy another dress at short notice. I would advise others to avoid ordering from Stacees and be cautious when using Clearpay for purchases where you might need protection. Just look at the state of this dress! They sold me a lie and I want my money back!!!
