DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS SHAM. We purchased a standard size dress (no special altering requested). It arrived, and while attractive, did not fit well. I opened a ticket to request a return (unworn/tags still on), and they have been completely unwilling to return the dress. Every step is a new tactic to stall from refunding. They have offered me $10 to alter the dress (which is a joke), the a discount to buy a new one, etc. Most recently they told me that returning the dress would take a long time and they offered me a $15 refund for a dress we spent over $100 on. DO NOT purchase from them.
