ZERO STARS. This company is a complete joke. I had my sister order bridesmaid's dresses for my wedding from Stacees and when they came they did not fit (she ordered two different sizes just in case). Upon trying to initiate a return, the representative she spoke with was INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude. They are basically refusing to return the dresses, told her that it is "normal" for the dresses to "not fit right," and are trying to charge her a bunch of money to ship them back. The lady she was speaking to said something along the lines of "What a shame, it is a beautiful dress. You should keep the dresses and see if you can sell it to someone else." What kind of BS is that? Then, they told her to keep both dresses and they would make and send her a new dress. All she wants is to return the dresses but apparently that is impossible unless she wants to spend an arm and a leg to ship them back. NO WHERE in their policy does it say that returns cannot be completed. And they are refusing to refund her. My bridesmaid's and I had to change dress plans at the last minute because of this. Then they asked her to send photos of her wearing the dress! Its absolutely ridiculous. This has been ongoing for about three weeks now. This place is unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Especially if may have to return it, since apparently it is standard for their dresses to "Not fit right." What a joke. This place should not be in business, they are stealing from their customers after selling them horrible, low quality products. Absolute disgrace
