Awful customer service. the comb accessory connector piece broke after only a few months. When I contacted customer service they said they were not offering replacement of faulty parts for international customers !!but did not offer a full refund only a tiny fraction so now if I wanted to use the comb accessory I would have to buy a full device and this only after a few months. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company
