False, deceptive and misleading advertising.
Bought lifetime subscription for VPN software BUT my access suddenly expired in November after 5 years.
Contacted Stacksocial (aka Stackcommerce) multiple times and all I get is a "looking into it" reply while I go without a VPN.
The VPN provider (not their fault) kindly extended my account for a few weeks so they can investigate and I can pursue my complaint against Stocksocial.
According to the VPN provider, I am not the only subscriber who was misled (conned) so how about a class action suit? Is anyone interested?
NOTE: I have filed a complaint with the BBB for Stacksocial to make good on the purchase, and the FTC but as I understand all they do is send a "cease and desist" warning letter.
