I bought iProVPN three years subscription but I was unable to install the app on my MacBook because It required the MacOS 12 and later, iProVPN support team told me to request refund from the StackSocial. StackSocial told me that they can not refund as the coupon thing had been redeemed. Therefore I lost the money. Not only that, next morning I found out that there was another transaction without my knowledge and authorisation. There was no record of that transaction on the StacksSocial website. I tried to unsubscribe and delete the account but there is no option available. I tried to remove my bank card details but no option available. In the end I had to email them to remove my account and block my bank card through my bank.
