The app is easy to use and access and the recruiting staff were friendly. however i believe communication can be improved in terms of phone call and lodging complaint. Also i don't think there's any system and procedure which protect the interests of the staff against excessive potential employers; especially the waiting staff. they're good people though, just need a lot of improvement especially speculating a certain amount on the job platform and paying another.
