We ordered two stamps, one was off the shelf the other was bespoke. Before I placed the order I had a question regarding bespoke one, I used the online chat which was fast, and my question was answered very comprehensively. I placed my order in the morning and by the same time the next day both stamps had arrived. Good products and just what we wanted.
