Cannot praise the customer service enough for all they did. I sent a picture of our choirs logo and with only a week to go before a massive event they were able to help me and supply two amazing stamps for us to use. The graphic I sent wasn’t clear enough and I resent a larger one and asked for their suggestion on what size would be best. I had already paid and they were able to send a request for the upgrade and the fast delivery I requested They then arranged to send the stamps for next day delivery. The stamps were used at Weekend st the Asylum in Lincoln , Lincolnshire. It’s the largest steampunk gathering in the world and the two stamps we purchased kept us very busy. Everyone commented on the quality and clarity of the stamps and so many people asked us where we got them from. I was delighted to refer them back to you. On the first day the stamp I had , received a particularly relevant comment from a librarian who said “ it’s brilliant , so clear and has an amazing clunk”. Over the 4 day festival both stamps were in constant use and yet still look brand new. No messing with pads, no ink on my fingers and the Violet colour was much commented on Amazing thank you
