To my current level of research (pretty in-depth at that), Standart is the only consistent publication producing content of what is current and what is changing in the climate and culture of coffee, as well as its surrounding influence on the world today. This publication is not only a fun balance of entertaining and informative, but it's a truly important documentation of a giant social change happening in the industry and world as a whole. I imagine it's a large undertaking to keep up with something up this scale, but Standart does it tactfully and gracefully. In short, this is a must read.
