I just completely loved the last issue. It hits every molecule of my body. I specially loved the equity and the the getting the coffee black (again). I come from a coffee producing country (Peru) and not even there were we're mostly POC we see ourselves represented in the specialty coffee industry. This last issue opened my eyes for a new way of thinking about coffee. Thank you!
