I ordered a stand-up desk converter from Stand Steady. The item was not delivered as it was damaged and was deemed undeliverable by UPS. This was not Stand Steady's fault. What is their fault is the lack of response. I've called their customer service line several times during their posted business hours, but only got through to voicemail. I've left several messages, but have not gotten a call back. My first email to the company asked for a reply ASAP, explaining that if I did not hear back quickly, I would need to find another solution. I have now sent multiple emails to cancel the order before they shipped a new unit out, but have only gotten one reply stating a new unit would be shipped. So far, they have ignored all emails asking to cancel the order. Their site states 24/7 chat, but no chat link is posted. I find the inability to contact customer service, and their lack of any timely response to my calls and emails unacceptable and will not be doing business with this company in the future.
