Product is very solid and well made. Met my expectations and then some. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and I was late ordering because I was desperately searching for the right product. I never thought it would arrive it time. I was pleasantly surprised to see it show in just a few days and just in time for her birthday. So, in summary, I am very impressed with the product and the customer service provided. In my opinion, the speed in which a business processes your order and gets it shipped tells me everything I need to know in regards to how much your business is valued.
