I received my X-Elite Pro Standing Desk Converter just a few days after I ordered it. It arrived much quicker than I expected! The desk arrived well packaged and fully assembled which I appreciate. There were no defects with the desk and the lift mechanism works great. I set it up in my home office but discovered my two 22" monitors (on their own monitor stands) do not both fit on top of the X-Elite Pro. This was an error on my part due to not measuring my equipment. Unfortunately I had to return this standing desk converter, but it was simple enough to put back in the box and customer service promptly sent me a return shipping label. My experience overall was great, and I know I would have gotten a lot of good use out of this desk converter if I had planned a little better. It's a great product, and the customer service is top notch. I'll definitely be looking at the full standing desks once they are back in stock!
