This disgraceful organisation let me down completely. I started using them last year because they were a family run unit I thought I could trust. Three weeks before the renewal date for my house insurance this year, they informed me that my current insurer didn't want to handle me any more - although I have made no claims - and they failed to find any replacement. They left it far too late to bring the matter up and seems indifferent to their failure and just dumping me in it. I had to go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They will let you down.
