I would never recommend shopping at staples on line. This is my problem.
I placed an order on line on the 18th June, on paying for my item the screen went white at the finish, so I couldn't tell if it had gone through.
I went to my account, no order shown, no confirmation email received and my order was still in my basket. So I ordered again, this time all
went through as it should have. I then receive two lots of my order in the post. I applied to send one lot back and was given a package
number and told it would be collected within 24 to 48 hours, it never happened, I emailed them and was told again it would be collected
after 24 to 48 hours by UPS, still nobody has contacted or collected the package. It takes 3 or 4 days to get a reply from them the phone
line is hopeless nobody answers after waiting 20 mins gave that up. I'm still trying to get this item collected after almost 4 weeks the unwanted
item only cost £19. Their web site problem has cause this to happen and their customer can't sort it out because UPS won't follow their
instruction for some unknown reason. Use their service at your own peril.
