I have not received mine yet but i can customer service is not great and i am not very happy at the moment. I was told 7-10 days but on review of my order tracking my entire is on back order and will be 2-3 weeks before i get it. If this was something that was told to me before obligatmating me to a large bill i could have gone to a local retailer and purchase the 8qt powercooker xl for a lot less money and i would have had it sooner.
