I was disappointed by the phone rep constantly asking me if I wanted to order the extra items when I clearly told them that all I wanted was the 10 qt. pressure cooker, the cook book and she talked me into the square pan lid. I hope I enjoy my pressure cooker - but after I told her that all I wanted was the cooker and cook book, I wish she would have finished by order right then. Then my cell phone cut us off and I wasn't sure if my order was even complete until I received the e-mail confirmation. Very frustrating!
