I have not received the pressure cooker yet so can't rate it.
I can, however, rate the on line purchase experience. I don't offer my opinion, most of the time, because the experience was not pleasant. This one was different.
The lady I dealt with was very pleasant, patient and informative. I found this experience enjoyable. This lady is a keeper and represents you very well.
