We bought two XL power pressure cooker for household use the 6 quart size from a television advertisement. And noticed that the inner pots that were losing their nonstick surface material. So we called customer service and they wanted to sell us two more pots. We weren't too pleased with that since we believe these were (factory defects) and on top of that these pressure cookers are not exactly cheap. So we asked to speak with the supervisor he said his name was Sam from the country of India and Sam proceeded to offer us two - replacement 6 quart pots for $29.99 per pot plus shipping charges..... we weren't too pleased with that then he said he would offer the pots if we paid the shipping of 12.99 per pot I told him we would call him back. We called back and spoke to a woman by the name of Andy from Phoenix Arizona and she offered two pots at 12.99 per pot and free shipping. It was at that moment that we discovered that Sam (lied) to us and missed leading us with offering us two pots at 29.99 +12.99 for shipping when Andy offered as the pots at 12.99 which was the real price plus free shipping. We feel that we should never had to pay for these pots in the first place but to get the pots we had to pay 12.99 per pot plus free shipping. We feel this company is dishonest their customer service is dishonest........ and if I was ever to buy another pressure cooker I wouldn't buy this brand. Watch out, scary.!!!
