I believe the young lady serving me was Kimberly. She was VERY efficient and knowledgeable,
she answered my questions and gave me pertinent information about the product.
She told me about ALL the other items for purchase, but was in no way 'pushy',
which I appreciated.
I am so anxious to receive my Pressure Cooke!
