The lady that helped us with our order was very nice and polite. The only thing I didn't like, even though I know it's just part of the job is the constant offers after we have ordered. I totally know it is just part of her presentation and she has to offer the thousands of things (or it seemed like there were thousands!)
All in all, our experience was good and we are looking forward to receiving our pressure cooker.
