I ordered what would have been a 10 quart cooker, 6 year warranty, cook book that they arranged to come a week after the cooker, which is crazy.
After having the delivery postponed 2 times, the customer service all but one being understand to the fact that I can't camp out by the door fron 9 am until 8 p.m. every day, waiting for it, thenjoy them not knowing if it was at the post office -as my UPS tracking number said, or on deliveryour today...I am cancelling everything and asking for a refund.
One of the operators wanted the charge me $35 plus shipping and handling for the so-called free pan, if you can believe it! Nothing should be this difficult. I ordered from Walmart all the time as a passholder and Amazon and their people are much better than this. Customer service is everything with the company. This company should hire more people from America who speak English fluently. I found that every operator was outsourced Indian period I'm not bigoted and I'm not a racist but you need to be able to understand the person speaking.
Get a refund for a product I never got because it either wasted too much of my time or was too much are in trouble.
