I like your product ,thought the copper square pan I love it but it didn't hold up to it potential . you said it didn't scratch but it did ,I call so I can send it back for replacement. I was told I would have to pay $40 for replacement .that was less than a month after I received it but I love your products I also purchased the rice perfect cooker the air fryer the pressure cooker XL and a copy Square pants XL pan so I'm a good customer but I've got a bad deal with my first order I gave you another try
